My formal training was through wildernessFusion’s healing school. I attended their 7-year NIASZIIH healing program and their 3-year NIASZIIH bodywork program
-
NIASZIIH is an old apache word that means “vessel or place of healing”. YOU are a vessel of healing. I desire to help you connect to that place deep within yourself where your healing can begin.
-
I work from the premises that (1) you are enough (2) you are not broken (3) it is time to take responsibility for the choices you have made and choose responsibly how you want to continue to live. There are others, but that is a good place to start!
I do my best to communicate clearly, directly, and with compassion — and I will tell you to stop indulging & quit whining.
I love to help you disentangle the entwined threads of your life and teach you how you can interweave the many fibers of your existence into a flourishing tapestry.
What makes me different? Schedule a session and find out!

At it simplest, bodywork is whatever you need to connect you with your body to help it work — assisted stretching, intentional yoga-like movement, breathing exercises, nervous system regulation, massage, and more. Massage is one type of bodywork, but not all bodywork involves massage.
-
Believe it or not, yes! Many forms of bodywork are accessible over Zoom.
-
Yes, I do. Though I am not a licensed massage therapist, I am trained in many forms of bodywork, massage included.

A single, 1 hour session is $90. I also offer 1 ½ hour ($130) and ½ hour ($50) sessions.
You can purchase three 1 hour long sessions for $250.
If $90 per session is cost prohibitive, TALK TO ME. We can work out an arrangement that is mutually supportive.

As often as you’d like! I see clients weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and “as needed”.
